Earthmoving Application Specialist

In this role you will support distribution partners and end users across EMEA, applying technical know-how and hands-on application expertise to boost adoption of Topcon Earth Moving solutions. You will deliver training and on-site demonstrations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position centers on enhancing machine control, Earthworks workflows, and Sitelink3D usage to shape efficient construction processes. This is a growth-focused role with significant travel, enabling you to impact how projects are executed in the region.

• Provide technical and application support for machine control and earthmoving solutions across EMEA
• Deliver online and in-person training at the Concordia training centre for dealers, key accounts and end users
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintain a safe training environment
• Support Earthworks applications, Sitelink3D, Geo Positioning and related construction workflows
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams
• Prepare product demos, presentations, training content and eLearning materials
• Support events, customer activities and on-site demonstrations from a technical perspective

• Background in Geodesy, Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or similar field
• More than 5 years of experience in survey applications, construction, roadworks, agriculture control applications or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction jobsite processes and survey/construction software
• Excellent communication, training and presentation skills, online and in person
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and work on active construction jobsites
