They focus on achieving business objectives by ensuring that the corner remains competitive and appealing in the market. /p pBy managing relationships with shopping center and with representatives of other brands/competitors the Corner Coordinator plays a pivotal role enhancing brand awareness and desirability. /p pAs a reliable, empowering, and supportive leader and an effective communicator, the Corner Coordinator is committed to leading the team by fostering curiosity, transparency, and honesty while delivering an exceptional customer experience. /p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liManagement of the Corner target by constantly monitoring sales performances through the main KPIs analysis, establishing and implementing specific action plans in cooperation with the Area Manager to achieve settled goals /li liGuide the team in order to achieve commercial targets, granting customer satisfaction and the respect of the qualitative standard /li liMake sure the store staff always implement selling ceremony including up-selling and cross-selling and guide the team in providing customer insight about pricing and timing of all store services available /li liEnhance customer satisfaction and ensure strong customer relationships are built, through constant follow up with the team, by listening customer feedback, and building personalized customer experiences /li liBuild relationships with our community and act as a Brand Ambassador and as an example for the team by engaging in customer interactions /li liEnsure an high level of customer satisfaction, driving database development, and ensuring that customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling /li liDrive Omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology. /li liManagement of relationships with Department store/Shopping center stakeholders suggesting and anticipating business opportunities (Relocation/ Store refit etc) /li liManagement of relationships with representatives of other brands/competitors. /li liMonitoring of the most relevant industry trends suggesting opportunities/initiatives to the Area Manager with the aim of improving sales /li liActing as a brand ambassador, convey the brand’s vision and heritage to colleagues and clients, representing its values and sharing with the team helpful insight about iconic products/elements /li liIs responsible to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are showcased accordingly with the brand's image and standards to boost sales /li liIs always prepared on training manual on all GG collections and categories /li liAttract, manage, develop, inspire, motivate and empower the team, demonstrating empathy, by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development. /li liEnsure the in-store follow-up after trainings delivered on the brand, products, operations and soft skills /li liPlan and conduct daily and weekly in store briefings to motivate the team, set objectives and show how to reach them /li liSupport and inspire the new staff throughout the onboarding experience /li liAssure staff is groomed, welcoming, professional, and always well prepared on product and brand identity /li liOversee staffing for all open positions, working closely with the Area Manager and HR to ensure that all recruits meet the company standards in terms of skills, experience and potential /li liManage the employee performance development process and constantly provide feedback, suggesting corrective measures if needed, granting always a positive work environment /li liSupervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks and the achievement of predetermined objectives, with a particular focus on SOP, customer service, team management, and sales planning /li liMake sure corporate rules and regulations, concerning business, governance, Compliance (GDPR) and Health Safety are put in place /li liAdopt IT and digital commercial tools and system (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) and make sure the staff is well trained and prepared /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liSales background: previous experience preferably in retail sector in similar role /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and engage thoughtfully /li liA problem solver who can identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions /li liA team player who values collaboration and can work towards common goals /li liEffective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and passionately believe that our strength lies in people uniqueness.
