Senior DFT Architect: SoC Test & Validation Leader
NXP Semiconductors
NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced Senior DFT Designer in Catania, Italy. This position involves leading the full DFT design flow and collaborating closely with various engineering teams to ensure robust testability and high-quality silicon. Responsibilities include architectural design, RTL coding, and implementing innovative DFT strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in microelectronics or electronic engineering and demonstrate strong expertise in DFT methodologies such as Scan and JTAG. Effective collaboration and good communication in English are essential.
