Creative Producer

Employment Type: Contract Contract period: 12 months Location: Italy (remote) As a CREATIVE PRODUCER , you will be responsible in: Role responsibilities: • Support the initial scope of the Lab project (event / roundtable) providing documentation to the Head of the Lab so that a decision can be made whether to greenlight the project • If the project is greenlight, they will be responsible for end-to-end project / event management and work closely with Head of GAC Lab to ensure impact • Manage all project related processes and tasks, including agendas, meetings, budgets, communications etc to ensure all milestones are met. • Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required. • Lead production of event-related creative assets / artefacts • Interact with, manage and coordinate a wide range of cross-functional teams within Google, as well as external work streams with artists, cultural institutions, vendors etc. • Ensure the effectiveness of the Lab’s thought leadership program by conducting post-project reporting.
