Our partner is looking for a Marketing, Social Media Design Executive based in Italy. /b /ppThis is a hands-on marketing role focused on strengthening digital presence, brand visibility, and audience engagement. You will take ownership of LinkedIn strategy, content creation, social media activity, and employer branding. A key part of the role is promoting vacancies, attracting candidates, and supporting recruiters with personal branding. You will also contribute to email marketing, website content, SEO, and digital campaigns. Working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders, you will turn market insights and internal expertise into compelling content. The role offers broad exposure across recruitment marketing, B2B communications, social media, and business development support. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliOwn and execute a consistent LinkedIn strategy designed to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility. /liliCreate, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn content, including vacancies, market updates, team news, success stories, events, new hires, and company milestones. /liliSupport recruiters and consultants with LinkedIn activity, personal branding, content ideas, job promotion, reposting, and audience engagement. /liliPromote job opportunities consistently across LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels. /liliManage and develop activity across additional platforms such as Instagram and Glassdoor. /liliMonitor social media performance and use analytics to continuously improve content and publishing strategies. /liliStay informed about LinkedIn and wider social media trends, platform developments, and emerging content formats. /liliDevelop recruitment marketing campaigns that support candidate attraction, client engagement, and business development objectives. /liliCreate compelling content around vacancies, hiring trends, placements, testimonials, case studies, and recruitment success stories. /liliDevelop employer-brand content highlighting culture, team activities, events, promotions, anniversaries, and employee achievements. /liliWork with recruiters to improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of job advertising and social promotion. /liliBuild and maintain a structured content calendar covering LinkedIn, social media, blogs, newsletters, market updates, and recruitment campaigns. /liliProduce thought-leadership and market content covering salary insights, hiring trends, market intelligence, and relevant industry developments. /liliTurn recruiter expertise and internal knowledge into engaging content for social media and wider marketing channels. /liliCreate and refresh marketing materials such as consultant profiles, client information packs, case studies, testimonials, and market overviews. /liliSupport website content management, including keeping job pages and vacancy information accurate and up to date. /liliSupport SEO initiatives and digital activities designed to improve website visibility and organic traffic. /liliPlan and deliver email marketing campaigns for client and candidate audiences. /liliTrack and report on social media, website, and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. /liliConduct competitor research focused on LinkedIn activity, content strategy, audience growth, and engagement. /liliCreate marketing materials, proposals, and digital assets that support business development activity. /liliUse LinkedIn, online communities, groups, events, and digital networks to identify opportunities for candidate attraction and business development. /liliCollaborate closely services, thought leadership, or B2B content. /liliGood understanding of content planning, scheduling, audience engagement, and social media analytics. /liliExperience with email marketing and digital campaign execution. /liliExperience managing website content and a practical understanding of basic SEO principles. /liliAbility to create visually engaging marketing materials and social media
