Global Real Estate & Lease Portfolio Manager
American President Lines
CEVA Logistics is seeking a Real Estate Manager to lead real estate activities in Milan and across Italy, reporting to the Real Estate Director Europe. You will oversee managers and coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to drive value and efficiency in our real estate portfolio.
The role requires 5+ years in commercial/industrial real estate, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to operate in a large international matrix organization.
