Senior Manager - Cloud and AI Security

As a Manager in Deloitte's Cloud & AI Security team, you’ll guide strategic security initiatives for clients across cloud and AI environments. You will shape service offerings, lead engagements, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver secure architectures and solutions. You’ll combine advisory and technical leadership to elevate client security maturity and business value. • Contribute to business development and team growth
• Shape and evolve the Cloud & AI Security service offering
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients and guide security maturity
• Lead and coordinate teams on key engagements
• Manage financial aspects of projects and portfolios

• 6+ years in Cybersecurity, preferably in Consulting or Cloud/OEM environments with Cloud Security focus
• Solid knowledge of at least one major Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Cloud Security, AI Security, Zero Trust, Network Security, and DevSecOps
• Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships in complex enterprise contexts
• Excellent communication in Italian and English
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving
• Client-oriented mindset with ability to build trusted advisory relationships
• Ability to work independently and in teams; travel within Italy and internationally
