Silicondev, azienda leader nell’area IT e Software Development, è alla ricerca di un Senior OT Security Consultant da inserire in contesti enterprise complessi e strutturati. La figura sarà un punto di riferimento operativo per i servizi professionali di OT Security, lavorando a stretto contatto con il responsabile della practice. Avrà autonomia nella gestione end-to-end di progetti complessi. Responsabilità principali
- Gestione autonoma di progetti OT Security (assessment, design, implementazione)
- Coordinamento tecnico delle attività presso clienti enterprise (manifatturiero, energia, infrastrutture critiche)
- Definizione di architetture di sicurezza OT basate su standard e best practice
- Supporto nella prevendita (workshop tecnici, definizione soluzioni, stime)
- Interfaccia con stakeholder tecnici e di business lato cliente
- Mentorship di figure più junior
- Esecuzione di OT Security Assessment (gap analysis rispetto a ISA/IEC 62443)
- Progettazione e revisione architetture OT secondo Purdue Model
- Segmentazione di rete (zone & conduits) e hardening infrastrutturale
- Deployment e tuning di piattaforme di OT monitoring (es. Claroty, Nozomi, Armis, TXOne)
- Implementazione soluzioni di Secure Remote Access (es. Claroty XSA, Secomea)
- Analisi del traffico industriale e definizione use case di detection
- Supporto a incident response in ambienti OT
- Redazione documentazione tecnica e reportistica executive
- 4+ anni di esperienza in OT Security
- Ottima conoscenza di networking (routing, switching, segmentazione, firewalling)
- Esperienza con soluzioni di accesso remoto OT (es. Claroty XSA, Secomea)
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e guidare progetti
- Certificazioni (es. GICSP, CISSP, IEC 62443)
- Esperienza in ambienti industriali specifici (energy, oil & gas, manufacturing)
- Esperienza in attività di presales
