This position is charged with assisting to train newly hired team members and monitoring for compliance with cash handling policies and procedures. /p ul liLead the activities of team members on shift. /li liConsistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive, helpful interactions with customers (travelers) and appropriately resolve customer complaints. /li liComplete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures. /li liOperate point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process receive payment from customers, and follow all customer service and cash handling policies and procedures. /li liEnsure proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labelling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products. /li liComplete with a variety of kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning. /li liStock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment. /li liActively cross-sell and up-sell products. /li liMaintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the plaza. /li liAssist in the training of new team members. /li liFollow required brand standards, food safety requirements, as well as all company policies and procedures. /li liInform plaza leadership of any observations, concerns, or problems that are witnessed or experienced. /li liExecute a variety of other tasks as assigned. /li /ul h3Essential Experience Skills /h3 ul liCash handling and customer service experience required. /li liShift supervisor or leadership experience preferred. /li liDemonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAble to stand and walk for an extended period of time. /li liFrequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds. /li liRequires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers. /li liAvailable to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. /li liMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. /li /ul pThis is not an exhaustive list of all functions that may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
