Senior Digital Product Specialist_SAP HCM (PA, OM & Interfaces)

ppWe are currently seeking an experienced Digital Product Specialist - SAP HCM to support People Culture (PC) processes in Germany, with a strong focus on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Interfaces. In this senior technical role, you will be responsible for the stability, compliance, and continuous optimization of the SAP HCM PA/OM and the associated integration landscape, operating both local and global environments. You will act as the key technical authority and trusted partner to PC stakeholders, ensuring compliant, efficient, and well-integrated core HR processes. /ph3What you can expect from us /h3ulliAct as the primary technical owner and referent for SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) for Gerrmany. /liliTake end-to-end responsibility for the HR interface landscape, including:ulliIntegration with internal and external systems like Finance, identity and access management, global PC systems and Bafin /liliMonitoring, error analysis, and coordination of incident resolution /liliData consistency, reconciliation, and interface documentation /li /ul /liliServe as a key liaison between PC business referents and IT, translating business requirements into sustainable technical solutions and advising on best practices. /liliManage regular and ad-hoc operational activities, including:ulliEmployee lifecycle processes (hire, change, transfer, termination) /liliOrganizational structure maintenance and governance /liliImplementation and testing of legal change packages, HR support packages, and SAP Notes relevant to PA/OM /li /ul /liliEnsure data quality, integrity, and compliance, especially related to GDPR and audit requirements. /liliOwn incident and problem management for PA, OM, and interfaces, including root cause analysis and long-term remediation. /liliCollaborate closely with SAP Basis, integration, and downstream system teams to proactively monitor system performance and interface stability. /li /ulh3What we expect from you /h3ulli8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM on premise (ECC 6.0, EHP8) in complex environments. /liliSenior Expertise in Personnel Administration (PA):ulliEmployee master data and infotypes, including company-specific enhancements/custom-tables /liliPersonal actions and workflows /liliData Governance and authorization concepts /li /ul /liliOrganizational Management (OM): Organizational structures, jobs, positions, and relationships, including company-specific enhancements, Structural authorizations/roles /liliInterfaces and Integrations (inbound/outbound):ulliIDocs, ALE, BAPIs, file-based and middleware-driven interfaces /liliMonitoring, troubleshooting, and reconciliation of HR data flows /li /ul /liliDevelopment Skills: Advance SAP HCM Customizing in PA and OM, ABAP development, incl.
