Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat within a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Italian.
• A valid EU passport or the legal right to work and reside within the European Union (mandatory requirement).
