Il ruolo:
Cerchiamo un Senior Sales Manager esperto nel mercato E&U per guidare la crescita della BU.
Cosa farai:
- Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti E&U , individuando opportunità di business.
- Guidare il ciclo completo di vendita : prospezione, negoziazione, chiusura e fidelizzazione.
- Collaborare con il team tecnico e pre-sales per costruire offerte complesse ad alto valore.
- Monitorare mercato e competitor, proponendo strategie innovative .
- Rappresentare l'azienda in fiere ed eventi di settore .
Requisiti:
- Esperienza consolidata (7+ anni) in vendite B2B ICT / system integration , preferibilmente in E&U.
- Capacità di gestire clienti strategici e progetti complessi .
- Ottime doti di negoziazione, comunicazione e leadership .
Titoli preferenziali:
- Esperienza in bandi pubblici / gare E&U , infrastrutture critiche o clienti regolamentati.
- Conoscenza di soluzioni cloud, cybersecurity, smart grid, IoT, automazione industriale .
