ING Italy seeks a Growth & Digital Sales Lead for Business Banking to shape the digital commercial strategy and grow the customer base. You will build a data-driven growth engine, drive acquisition, activation, and engagement, and work with cross-functional squads to optimize onboarding and KYC/AML flows.
You will lead a high-impact team, own partnerships across ecosystems, and ensure compliance while delivering scalable growth across web, mobile, and CRM channels.
