Experienced - Mulesoft Support Team Leader

In questa posizione, guiderai un team di sviluppatori Mulesoft per supportare i clienti sui servizi Operate e sviluppare soluzioni architetturali orientate al miglioramento continuo e alla manutenzione evolutiva. Lavorerai in modo ibrido tra Milano e Roma all’interno dell’Integration Services, assicurando elevati standard di servizio e coordinando priorità tecniche e relazioni con il cliente. Il ruolo offre l’opportunità di modellare l’architettura di integrazione e di guidare iniziative di trasformazione digitale. Ti farà da punto di contatto chiave e ti permetterà di contribuire alla missione Deloitte di sostenibilità e impatto su larga scala.
Responsabilità- Coordinare e guidare il team Mulesoft per rispettare gli SLA
- Essere punto di contatto per gestione priorità e criticità
- Pianificare sviluppi Mulesoft in relazione a Change Request del cliente
- Supportare l’integrazione di applicativi nel servizio
- Guidare attività di manutenzione adattativa ed evolutiva
- Favorire comunicazione efficace con il cliente e con il team
- Ottima conoscenza ed esperienza su piattaforma Mulesoft
- Proficiente in protocolli Web REST/SOAP/XML/JSON
- Esperienza su strumenti CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Conoscenza di database relazionali e linguaggi Java, JavaScript, SQL
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e disponibilità a trasferte
- Esperienza con strumenti di logging (Splunk, Elastic Stack, DataDog, Dynatrace)
