Startup culture, short decision paths, big ambition. /ppbr / /ppstrongYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pulliOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, offer structuring, negotiation and contract signing /liliLead and develop the existing Italy Sales Manager and build out the sales team as the business grows /liliDrive strategic planning, forecasting and commercial KPIs /liliAct as a trusted advisor to strategic customers in a fast-evolving storage market /liliWork closely with the Country Manager, Operations and the international commercial team /liliShape the offering in line with regulatory changes, market trends and customer feedback /liliRepresent the company at conferences and industry events across Italy /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYOUR PROFILE /strong /pulli10+ years in energy sales, business development, project origination or key account management /liliProven track record closing complex energy contracts with developers, investors or utilities /liliStrong understanding of storage revenue models: merchant, Capacity Market and MACSE, tolling and floor contracts /liliStrong network among developers, investors and utilities in Italy /liliExperience building and leading sales teams /liliFluent Italian and professional English /liliYou thrive with autonomy, take ownership of problems and are energised by building.
