Lead Auditor ICT Sector

Responsabilità

• conduct field audits and client engagements
• plan, execute, and report audit findings with follow-up
• maintain independence of the DNV scheme
• lead and coordinate an audit team and mentor junior auditors
• maintain communication with line management, audit team, and clients
• utilize auditing tools for data handling and certificate management
• perform back-office tasks supporting project management
• promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities

Requisiti fondamentali

• Lead Auditor experience in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301; eiDAS)
• excellent communication, relationship management and conflict resolution
• ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• ability to coordinate and manage an auditing team
• strong auditing mindset with mobility, flexibility, and deadline discipline
• fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
• ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools
• highest levels of integrity and professionalism
