Italy HR Compliance & Employee Relations Lead
Foundever
Foundever in Italy seeks an HR Manager to ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws and to align labor policy with global HR principles. The role advises leadership on compliance, governance, and risk management, while guiding policies, employee relations, and documentation across the organization.
The ideal candidate has substantial employment law experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work with senior leaders, unions, and regulators in a multinational environment.
