Context and purpose of the job

The Digital Imaging & Post-Production Intern will join the Photography Team and support the management and quality control of images for the e-commerce channels. This experience will provide the opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure in fashion photography production and post‑production workflows, developing skills in digital asset management and online content publishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the quality control process of e-commerce images, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist in the operational management of digital assets, including file downloading, image layout preparation, alignment checks, uploading, and approval activities within the DAM platform.
• Verify the correct application of quality standards and visual consistency across images.
• Support color consistency and visual alignment across different shooting formats and production workflows.
• Collaborate with the team on post‑production activities related to urgent requests or special projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Imaging, or related fields
• Strong interest in digital photography, image post‑production, and fashion e‑commerce
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and image management tools
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel)
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to work
• Team‑oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
