We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead the guest experience at our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel . This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to shape first impressions, deliver flawless service, and maintain the highest standards of excellence in a world-class setting.

As the face of our hotel, you will oversee all front office operations, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to elegance, discretion, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the front office team to deliver impeccable service and exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee all guest arrivals, departures, and stays, ensuring seamless, personalized, and discreet experiences.
• Maintain and elevate service standards in line with the hotel’s luxury branding and 5-star reputation.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest preferences with meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, diplomacy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
• Monitor and optimize front office performance metrics, including guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
• Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and service protocols to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Oversee the use of Property Management Systems (PMS) and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Contribute to budget planning, cost control, and revenue management for the front office department.
• Foster a culture of anticipation, where guest needs are met before they are expressed.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Guest Services Manager in a 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality environment .
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a talent for motivating and coaching staff.
• Impeccable interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in English and Italian ;
  
• A refined, guest-centric mindset with a passion for creating memorable, bespoke experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
