This role is designed for someone who is bcurious about sales, eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment /b, and ready to build the foundation for a future career in B2B software sales. /p h3Language /h3 pOur internal docs and collaboration happen in English — strong proficiency is required. Since we’re based in Italy, fluency in Italian is a big plus. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in preparing sales materials: one-pagers, proposals, and presentations /li liKeep our CRM updated and clean, maintaining pipeline hygiene and data quality /li liHelp schedule meetings, organize agendas, and follow up with prospects /li liManage inbound requests and route them to the right person on the team /li liResearch companies and prospects to enrich CRM records /li liTag ICPs and assist with early-stage lead qualification /li liSupport reporting and tracking of sales metrics /li /ul h3Learning by Shadowing /h3 ul liJoin sales calls with account executives to learn from real conversations /li liObserve how we qualify leads, pitch the product, and manage the sales process /li /ul h3What are the essential requirements and skills? /h3 ul liStrong organizational and communication skills /li liProactive mindset and ability to take ownership of small tasks /li liFriendly, trustworthy, and team-oriented attitude /liliCuriosity about sales and working with customers /li liFluent in both Italian and English /li /ul h3Experience we’re looking for /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields /li liPrevious experience (even through university projects, internships, or part-time jobs) in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus /li liMost importantly: you're eager to learn and interested in growing into a future role in B2B sales /li /ul pPaid internship with potential growth opportunities as we scale /p pHybrid working policy: your main office will be in Milan /p pTailored training and hands‑on mentorship to build your commercial skill set /p pOccasional exposure to debatable geek jokes from our CEO /p h3Teamwork at Hiop /h3 pAt Hiop, we work together to create technologies that make a difference.
