Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales organization across direct and indirect channelsDrive commercial performance and ensure achievement of financial targetsBuild and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline and accurate forecasting processSupport the development and engagement of a high‑performing team cultureDevelop strategic relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare stakeholdersCollaborate cross‑functionally with internal support teams to ensure excellent customer experienceMonitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when neededLead teams through transformation and change while maintaining engagement and accountabilitySupport recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives within the regionManage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision‑makers
What You NeedMinimum Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fieldAdvanced English level (C1)7+ years of professional experience5+ years of successful commercial experience within sales and/or marketing roles3+ years of people management experience (direct or matrix leadership)Experience within operating room environmentsDemonstrated success in achieving commercial targetsExperience within the Medical Devices industryStrong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Orthopedic Implants, Trauma, or ExtremitiesExperience managing both direct and indirect sales modelsStrong leadership and change management capabilitiesExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
Italy Pay Ranges
Italy: €58.100 - €96.800 EUR Annual
