ppDolceGabbana is a leading company in the Luxury sector, designing, developing, producing and distributing high-end fashion, leather goods, footwear, jewelry, watches, Beauty and Lifestyle products. /p pThe Group operates internationally with a strong focus on innovation, craftsmanship excellence and people development. /p pThe selected candidate will be part of the Retail Department and will report directly to the Store Director. /p pThe role is responsible for supporting the Store Director in overseeing all Back of House operations, ensuring stock accuracy, operational excellence, compliance with company procedures, and the efficient management of logistics and inventory activities within the boutique. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Store Director in coordinating and supervising all Back of House activities, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards. /li liEnsure accurate inventory management, stock control and stock movements, maintaining the highest level of stock accuracy. /li liOversee goods receiving, transfers, returns and shipping activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution. /li liMonitor stock organization and storage processes, guaranteeing optimal product availability and operational efficiency. /li liLead and support the BOH team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous development and training. /li liEnsure the correct implementation of company procedures related to stock management, loss prevention and operational compliance. /li liCollaborate closely with the sales team to support business needs and ensure seamless product availability for clients. /li liMonitor and analyze stock performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary. /li liCoordinate inventory counts and stock audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company requirements. /li liSupport the Store Director in managing operational projects and process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and service levels. /li liEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies and operational guidelines. /li liAct as a key point of reference for all operational matters, ensuring effective communication between Front of House and Back of House teams. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 6 years of experience in retail environments, with previous supervisory or managerial responsibilities within Back of House, Operations or Stock Management functions, preferably in luxury or premium brands. /li liStrong knowledge of stock management processes, inventory control and retail operations. /li liProven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and support team members. /li liExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail. /li liExperience in coordinating logistics activities, stock movements and inventory procedures. /li liStrong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to monitor KPIs and operational performance indicators. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions. /li liFluency in Italian and English; additional languages will be considered a plus. /li liProficiency in retail systems, inventory management tools and Microsoft Office applications. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high operational standards. /li liPunctuality, accuracy and operational autonomy. /li liTeam-oriented attitude and openness to collaboration. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pbWorking hours: /b Full-time /p pbIndicative salary range: /b starting from a Gross Annual Salary of €45,000 + 15% MBO /p h3Equal opportunities and non-discrimination /h3 pThe selection process is open to candidates of any gender, age, origin, orientation or background, in full compliance with the principles of equal opportunities, non-discrimination and pay transparency. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
