Stiamo cercando un/una installation resource planner per la nostra sede KONE di Pero (MI) .
In questa posizione strategica contribuire all'implementazione della strategia di pianificazione delle risorse per le attività di installazione, garantendo un utilizzo efficiente e ottimizzato delle risorse disponibili.
Attività e Responsabilità:
- Pianificare e allocare le risorse dedicate alle attività di installazione, inclusi i subappaltatori;
- Collaborare a stretto contatto con gli Operations Manager e i supervisori di installazione;
- Gestire e sviluppare le relazioni con i fornitori e i subappaltatori;
- Supportare il processo di selezione e valutazione dei partner e dei fornitori più idonei;
- Monitorare la capacità installativa e contribuire all'ottimizzazione della pianificazione delle attività.
Requisiti e Competenze:
- Conoscenza dei principi di resource management e allocazione delle risorse;
- Comprensione delle dinamiche e dei costi legati alle attività di installazione;
- Conoscenze di base di project management;
- Capacità di gestione e coordinamento dei subappaltatori.
- Interesse per processi trasversali e collaborazione interfunzionale:
- Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese; la conoscenza dello spagnolo costituisce un plus;
- Laurea magistrale o titolo equivalente.
Inquadramento:
- Inserimento previsto con contratto CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria;
- Retribuzione annua lorda a partire da € 37.000 con possibilità di incremento in funzione dell’esperienza e delle competenze maturate;
- Il pacchetto retributivo è completato da premi variabili e benefit aziendali.
