ph3Overview /h3 pBased in our Milan office and reporting on the Operations function, we are looking for a Logistics Planner to join our dynamic Operations Team. /p pAs a Logistics Planner, you'll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various logistical activities related to the deployment and collection of the company’s towers. This includes prioritizing, scheduling, and executing transport, installations, and pick‑ups for the security solutions provided to customers. Additionally, you'll manage the inventory of towers and handle internal logistics, ensuring the smooth movement of towers between warehouses. Your role will be critical in ensuring timely deliveries, efficient operations, and maintaining a well‑organised supply chain for the company’s tower operations. /p h3Key Tasks /h3 ul liManage and monitor local stock levels to ensure material availability for all operational activities and maintain accurate inventory data and documentation in the relevant systems. /li liCoordinate procurement and replenishment processes to avoid shortages and delays. /li liCommunicate proactively with clients to schedule pick‑ups, installations, service interventions, and resolve technical or operational issues (e.g., power failures). /li liPlan and coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling truck drivers and managing external logistics partners. /li liReceive, assess, and prioritise requests related to transport, positioning, installation, repairs, and material orders and monitor and adjust the operational schedule as needed in collaboration with team members and customers. /li liPrepare and update regular reports on planning performance, service KPIs, and inventory levels to support management in data‑driven decision‑making. /li liRecommend and contribute to the implementation of improvements in workflows, tools, and procedures and in logistical processes and systems. /li liSupport team members in administrative and backup activities when required. /li liEnsure data accuracy for all project, planning, and stock‑related information. /li liStay current with industry trends and company processes through self‑study and participation in training programs. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liOpen‑Minded Flexible: You think beyond traditional logistics, adapting quickly to challenges and embracing innovative solutions to meet customer and company needs. /li liDetail‑Oriented: A strong focus on accuracy and precision, as managing logistics involves careful attention to scheduling, inventory, and coordination of multiple tasks. /li liResilient: Ability to persevere and manage complex customer service queries and issues. /li liQuality‑Oriented: Committed to achieving and maintaining the intended quality, striving for improvement, and convincing others of the importance of quality and accuracy. /li liSolution‑Focused: Finds outcomes for clients in the most efficient effective way, looking for ways to improve working practices for both BauWatch and the clients. /li liTeam Player: Promotes mutual communication and relationships, shares information smoothly with others, and acts as an ambassador for collaboration. /li liFlexibility: Can easily adapt to a changing environment, working methods, tasks, responsibilities and behaviours of others. /li liFriendly: Ability to ‘muck in’ as part of a fast‑growing team with an ‘all hands‑on‑deck’ approach. /li /ul h3About us /h3 pBauWatch Group is the European leader in temporary security solutions and has grown rapidly over the past 10 years with a current year‑over‑year growth around 30% p.a.
