Offerta
- Definire e coordinare le strategie di pricing, revenue e sviluppo commerciale del gruppo
- Sviluppare modelli integrati tra ristorazione, hospitality ed esperienze
- Individuare nuove leve di crescita: cross-selling, customer value, nuovi flussi di ricavo
- Ottimizzare canali diretti e indiretti, migliorando conversione e qualità della relazione con il cliente
- Collaborare con il marketing per attività di posizionamento, segmentazione e campagne revenue-driven
- Supervisionare CRM, loyalty e strumenti di customer analytics
- Introdurre sistemi di reporting, forecasting e monitoraggio delle performance economiche e commerciali
- Supportare lo sviluppo di nuovi progetti hospitality e modelli esperienziali integrati
Competenze ed esperienza
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di revenue management, commercial strategy, business development o hospitality -performance
- Provenienza da contesti hospitality premium/luxury, lifestyle oppure da realtà consumer multi-business complesse
- Forte capacità analitica e approccio data-driven
- Visione strategica unita a sensibilità per customer experience, brand ed eccellenza del servizio
- Capacità di operare in contesti imprenditoriali ad alta complessità e forte esposizione qualitativa
- Attitudine trasversale, capacità di influenzare decisioni e guidare processi di integrazione
