Facility Intern
La figura supporta il team nelle attività di gestione e manutenzione degli immobili. L'obiettivo primario è apprendere in modo pratico e strutturato come funziona il dipartimento di manutenzione (Facility) all'interno della nostra Catena, acquisendo una visione completa della gestione operativa e tecnica nel settore hospitality.
Principali attività:
- Supportare l'Head of Facilities ed il Facility Specialist nello svolgimento delle attività quotidiane;
- Collaborare con gli Hotel Manager e i team locali per le necessità legate alla manutenzione;
- Supportare la gestione del flusso dei ticket tramite software dedicato e la creazione della relativa reportistica KPI;
- Affiancare il tutor nella raccolta e nell'archiviazione della documentazione tecnica e dei rapportini d'intervento;
- Supportare il team nella programmazione settimanale delle diverse tipologie di manutenzione;
- Supportare il monitoraggio degli standard di manutenzione previsti dalla Catena;
- Affiancare i responsabili nel controllo delle scadenze e degli adempimenti normativi degli immobili;
- Supportare l'identificazione di azioni volte alla sostenibilità ambientale per ridurre l'impatto sul pianeta;
- Collaborare all'organizzazione e all'aggiornamento della documentazione condivisa (manuali, procedure, report).
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma tecnico (perito, geometra o affini) oppure percorso universitario in ambito tecnico/ingegneristico/gestionale;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Conoscenza base della lingua inglese;
- Propensione alla analisi numerica e benchmarking;
- Capacità di organizzare le attività rispettando le scadenze;
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
Cosa offriamo:
Tipologia contrattuale: stage (curriculare o extracurriculare) dalla durata di 6 mesi;
Rimborso spese: €700;
Strumenti di lavoro: smartphone e laptop;
Welfare & Benessere: buoni pasto del valore di 9,50€ per ogni giorno lavorato;
Flessibilità: due giorni di smart working a settimana (da concordare col manager di riferimento).
