We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Development Manager to expand market presence across Italy & DACH, helping packaging manufacturers modernise complex operations with industry-leading enterprise software solutions. Why this role stands out: Established global software business with deep sector expertise Strong existing customer base with significant growth opportunity Complex, strategic sales cycles with senior manufacturing stakeholders Opportunity to own and develop a high-potential territory The Role: You’ll manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close - while building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across the packaging and manufacturing sector. You’ll work closely with solutions consultants, product specialists, and leadership teams to deliver tailored ERP/MIS/MES software solutions that directly impact operational performance. What We’re Looking For: Experience selling enterprise Saa S or manufacturing software Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders Experience managing long sales cycles and strategic accounts Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Packaging, print, corrugated, ERP, MIS, or MES knowledge would be highly advantageous This is an opportunity to join a business already recognised within the sector - while helping manufacturers navigate the next stage of digital transformation.
