That is why, as a globally positioned family business, we always offer you the best conditions.Work with us to ensure our customers' success and lead innovation together!We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented team player to join us asKey Account Manager – Packaging, Food & Beverage (PFB) Italy based in Emilia-Romagna (Italy)In this dynamic role, you will manage and develop assigned Key Accounts within the PFB market segment at country level, identify local opportunities and key projects, and act as the main point of contact between the local market and EMEA Segment Management. You will help translate the international segment strategy into country-level actions, support local sales teams with segment know-how, and build strong customer relationships to drive sustainable growth.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the assigned Key Accounts within the PFB market segment at country level.Identify and develop local opportunities, key projects, and all necessary activities within the assigned accounts and all accounts in the industry market;
Support and guide local sales teams on segment opportunities and promote application know-how within the local sales organization;
Act as the primary interface between the local market and EMEA Segment Management, collecting and sharing market insights and feedback.Apply global and regional segment strategies to local market needs and ensure alignment of sales activities with segment priorities.Expand customer relationships and the contact matrix within Key Accounts.Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs while contributing to monthly forecasting and reporting activities.Your skillsProven experience in sales and key account management, ideally in industrial automation or related fields.Solid Packaging, Food & Beverage industry knowledge and application know-how within the segment, with the ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.Strong customer orientation, communication, and negotiation skills.Business-level English (minimum B2).Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across functions and countries.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a structured and team-oriented approach to work.Good proficiency with CRM tools, SAP or business analytics systems, and Microsoft 365.What we offerAnnual gross salary (RAL): €60,000 – €75,000, depending on experience.Bonus (variable component): up to 25% of the annual gross salary, linked to the achievement of agreed goals.Permanent contract and flexibility to support your work-life balance (this is a home-office position).An exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a focus industry within a multinational organization, with access to continuous training and development.Company car.Welfare package.Do you want to make a difference with us?Then we look forward to receiving your application!If you are interested, please apply by sending your CV to Visualizzare la mail su euspert.app.
