Area Sales Manager – International Client

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for our international client within the real estate industry in Milan, Italy.

The client is a global leader in hybrid working solutions, serving more than 8 million customers across 120 countries, and plans to expand to 30,000 locations over the next decade.

In this role you will be a ‘hunter’ focused on generating new clients and closing deals to maximise revenue for your territory.

Responsibilities

• Define and roll‑out the sales approach for your area, taking responsibility for the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
• Carry out promotional and networking events/activities to deliver on sales targets.
• Build relationships with potential business clients and brokers to sell added‑value services and products.
• Maximise sales performance for your area and ensure critical KPIs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Skilled relationship manager capable of generating and growing long‑term client partnerships.
• Excellent team player / communicator with fluent English.
• Practical solution seller with a hands‑on approach and a drive to achieve results.
