You will lead functional analysis and solution design activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritise initiatives, optimise customer journeys, and deliver high-impact solutions that shape how millions of customers experience our brands, helping us put a smile on our customers' faces today and tomorrow. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liOversee the functional analysis, solution design, and delivery of digital products within a dedicated functional area, ensuring solutions meet both business needs and enterprise standards. /li liPartner closely with a specific business unit to shape and deliver their online roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. /li liAct as the key point of contact for the development squad, actively participating in Agile ceremonies and driving day-to-day delivery. /li liCollaborate closely with UX Design, Product Owners, and other functional teams to identify cross-stream dependencies and ensure cohesive, user-centered product design. /li liChampion Accessibility by Design principles, ensuring requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivered solutions align with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and provide inclusive customer experiences. /li liProduce high-quality analysis and review work from Product Owners, Junior Product Owners, and external business analysts to drive consistency and best practice. /li liChampion standardisation and synergies across business units to optimise efficiency and scalability. /li liLeverage AI to drive innovation, enhancing decision-making, optimising processes, and unlocking new opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liStrong experience in eCommerce platforms, with specific knowledge of SAP Commerce. /li liSolid understanding of Agile processes and principles, with experience working in fast-paced delivery environments. /li liHighly analytical with strong attention to detail, able to identify blockers and define effective mitigation actions. /li liStrong requirements gathering and documentation expertise, leveraging Microsoft Office, Copilot/LLMs, Miro, and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence); Atlassian experience advantageous. /li liProven ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across business and technical teams. /li liStrong negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements to enable faster and more efficient delivery. /li liActing as a go-to expert and demonstrating resilience while fostering a positive, solutions-focused mindset. /li /ul h3How You Will Make An Impact /h3 ul liEnhance the online customer experience, ensuring journeys are intuitive and engaging to build long-term customer loyalty. /li liDeliver strong results by driving a clear, well-prioritised roadmap that ensures smooth and efficient product delivery. /li liDrive effective digital solutions through strong functional analysis and solution design, ensuring website and app features meet both customer and business needs. /li liFoster collaboration across teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes through clear communication. /li liNavigate and simplify complex challenges, identifying practical solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. /li liDemonstrate resilience in challenging situations, maintaining a positive mindset and encouraging the team to focus on solutions and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Who We Are /h3 pYou may not have heard of us, but you’ll know our brands!
