This role bridges business, clinical operations, and engineering—owning product direction while translating real-world healthcare service needs into scalable, secure, and usable solutions. /p pAlthough this position is listed as a UK-based role, we welcome applications from candidates located elsewhere in Europe and will consider suitably qualified applicants across the region. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the product roadmap and backlog for healthcare IoT and connected device solutions /li liTranslate customer service workflows and field operations needs into product features and technical requirements /li liWork closely with Solution Architects to align product vision with system architecture /li liDefine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams /li liPrioritize features based on business value, operational impact, and customer experience /li liDrive development of solutions supporting device monitoring, diagnostics, remote support, and service automation /li liCollaborate with customer service, support, and field teams to improve issue resolution and service efficiency /li liEnsure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act in product design /li liParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) /li liValidate delivered features through UAT, field feedback, and operational metrics /li liDrive integration with EHR/EMR systems, service platforms, and IoT ecosystems /li liPartner with DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases, monitoring, and continuous improvement /li liTrack and improve KPIs such as uptime, response time, MTTR (mean time to resolution), and customer satisfaction /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul li5–10 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program delivery /li liStrong understanding of healthcare customer service operations (support workflows, ticketing systems, field service) /li liHands-on experience or strong understanding of IoT / connected devices and edge-to-cloud architectures /li liTechnical background in software development or engineering (ability to work closely with developers and understand trade-offs) /li liExperience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems /li liFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) /li liUnderstanding of NoSQL data stores (e.g., Elasticsearch) and data-driven applications /li liStrong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in healthcare environments (hospital systems, medical devices, digital health platforms) /li liFamiliarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) /li liExperience with service management platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce Health Cloud, etc.) /li liExposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, release management) /li liExperience with remote device management, telemetry, and diagnostics systems /li liBackground in AI/analytics use cases (predictive maintenance, support automation, knowledge systems) /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrong understanding of customer service workflows in healthcare environments /li liAbility to balance technical depth with product and user experience focus /li liComfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity /li liExcellent stakeholder management across engineering, operations, and clinical teams /li liData-driven decision-making with focus on operational efficiency and customer outcomes /li liOwnership mindset with ability to drive product from concept to delivery /li /ul h3Why join us? /h3 pThis is an opportunity to work on high-impact data initiatives that support a global healthcare business.
