HR Specialist - Data & Analytics

Per azienda operante nel settore impiantistico e industriale, stiamo selezionando una figura di HR Specialist con forte orientamento operativo e data driven.
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della funzione HR e supporterà l’implementazione dei processi HR, contribuendo in modo concreto alla gestione quotidiana delle attività e al presidio operativo delle tematiche legate al personale, in un contesto tecnico-produttivo tipico delle PMI industriali.
Responsabilità principali
- Supporto ai processi HR (organizzazione, workforce planning, performance, compensation)
- Analisi e monitoraggio KPI HR (turnover, assenteismo, costo del lavoro)
- Produzione di report e dashboard per HR e management
- Supporto a budgeting e controllo costi del personale
- Gestione operativa della selezione, onboarding e formazione
- Supporto all’amministrazione del personale e interfaccia con consulenti
- Supporto al management e gestione delle relazioni interne
- Laurea in ambito economico/giuridico/umanistico
- 3–5 anni di esperienza HR, preferibilmente in contesti industriali
- Esperienza con KPI HR, reporting e analisi dati
- Buona conoscenza normativa del lavoro
- Approccio operativo, analitico e orientato al problem solving
