Responsibilities Ensure Daily Standard Operations in Room Service Meet Daily the Manager and report the night shift and Ensure the Policy Procedure of Order Taken Professionalism and employee presence, and very well personal grooming presentation Perform any other reasonable duties as required and directed Offering excellent products and services, product knowledge and sequence service Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and request raised by guests The ability to handle and complete multiple tasks Qualifications Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants or restaurant groups, preferably in the same position and international experience would be an asset. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences. The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
