In questa posizione, entrerai nel Lighthouse Team di Milano, centro di eccellenza di KPMG Advisory che opera nel campo Data & Analytics. Ti occuperai di progettare, sviluppare e mettere in produzione soluzioni avanzate lungo l'intero ciclo di vita dei dati e dei modelli, contribuendo al miglioramento decisionale attraverso BI, analytics, process mining e ML. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team Data & AI per implementare governance, metadata e data products in ambienti ibridi, con forte orientamento all'innovazione e all'impatto sui clienti. Unisci competenze tecniche e di gestione progetti in un contesto internazionale orientato al sostegno del business e della trasformazione digitale.

Responsabilità
- Implementazione e configurazione Data Catalog/Data Marketplace (Atlan, Zeenea, Collibra, Purview, Alation, Informatica EDC/IDMC, DataHub, OpenMetadata)
- Modellazione e gestione metadata (Business Glossary, lineage, ownership, stewardship)
- Supporto al disegno e messa a terra di Data Governance tramite workflow e configurazioni in tool governance
- Gestione lifecycle dei Data Product (domain, owner, SLA/SLO, policy, data mesh/ Data Products)
- Configurazione di workflow, ruoli e integrazioni tramite REST API, webhook, Python e SQL
- Data Contracts e automazione metadata (ODCS, YAML/JSON)
- Data Quality e Data Observability con strumenti come dbt, Soda, Great Expectations
- Partecipazione al ciclo di vita di asset e Data Product in un contesto Data Platform e strumenti correlati
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4–5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti Data & AI e team tecnici
- profilo ibrido tecnico distribuito su più aree Data & AI
- solide competenze in SQL e database analitici; pipeline ETL/ELT; data modeling
- conoscenza di framework di orchestrazione (dbt, Airflow, ADF, AWS Glue) e tecnologie big data (Spark, Delta Lake, Kafka)
- esperienza o conoscenza di ML/AI, NLP, modellazione e MLOps (MLflow, REST, monitoring)
- conoscenza praticа di almeno un provider cloud (Azure preferito) e servizi nativi (Databricks, Fabric, Synapse, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- preferibile conoscenza di Git/GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps e CI/CD
- capacità di integrare serving/visualization (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Looker)
- leadership tecnica e mentoring
