Strategic Category Manager - Growth, Merchandising & Launch

Joybuy is seeking a seasoned Category Manager to select top brands and products for Local Food/FMCG, and to drive growth through GTM strategies. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, manage vendor relations, optimize product listings, and collaborate with marketing for promotions.
The role requires ~5 years in retail merchandising, strong Excel and BI skills, and fluency in English. A hands-on, data-driven mindset will help optimize margins and user experience.
