The materials, the workings and a special talent with prints are what make ETRO unique and unrepeatable. /p pFor the opening of our nebw ETRO Accessories Corner at Rinascente Mila /bno, we are looking for a passionate and customer-orientebd Client Advis /bor. /p pShe/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand- /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul li-Deliver an outstanding customer experience by anticipating and exceeding clients’ expectations. /li li-Demonstrate excellent knowledge of ETRO’s history, heritage, values, and Accessories collections. /li li-Guide customers through the ETRO selling ceremony, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience. /li li-Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through proactive clienteling activities and CRM tools. /li li-Provide styling advice and share insights on fashion trends, the luxury market, and ETRO collections. /li li-Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets while supporting business development opportunities. /li li-Support the launch and growth of the new Accessories Corner through a proactive and entrepreneurial approach. /li li-Ensure product presentation is maintained according to ETRO visual merchandising guidelines /li li- .Assist with stock management, replenishment activities, and inventory operations. /li li-Collaborate effectively with colleagues and the Rinascente team to foster a positive and high-performing work environment. /li li-Ensure compliance with ETRO grooming standards, policies, and procedures. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul li-Strong passion for fashion, luxury, and customer service. /li li-Previous experience in a similar role within luxury fashion, accessories, leather goods, or premium retail environments. /li li-Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store performance targets. /li li-Excellent commercial awareness and strong customer-centric mindset. /li li-Strong clienteling skills and ability to develop long-term customer relationships. /li li-Ability to adapt communication and selling techniques to different customer profiles. /li li-Team-player attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. /li li-Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work in a dynamic retail environment. /li li-Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a strong plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
