Senior Regional Sales Manager, Trauma (North Italy)

At Stryker, we are driven to make healthcare better. As a Senior Regional Sales Manager in our Trauma division, you will play a critical role in shaping the performance, culture, and long‑term success of a strategically important region in Northern Italy.
What You Will Do
You will take full ownership of your region, leading both people and business performance, while strengthening partnerships with healthcare professionals and delivering sustainable growth. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering an inclusive and motivating environment
Own regional performance: sales, forecasting, pipeline development, and budget accountability
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare decision‑makers (including KOLs)
Drive business growth through both existing accounts and new customer acquisition
Manage a complex ecosystem, including direct reports and indirect channels (agents and distributors)
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure excellent customer experience across the full order‑to‑cash cycle
Analyse performance data and implement targeted actions to improve results
Lead and embrace change, contributing to innovation, simplification, and scalability
Act as a role model within the broader leadership team, sharing best practices and supporting peers Your Region Region: Northern Italy (Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta, Triveneto)
Location: Preferred base in Milan

Exposure to indirect channel management is a strong plus

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission and/or bonus, along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
