You create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access. /ppWhile most of your time will be spent on activities that don't involve customer interaction, you may be expected to engage with customers when the opportunity arises. You'll be expected to listen to customers and answer questions, communicate product or warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliComplete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks /liliVerify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping /liliUpdate/validate wayfinding and product location signage, as well as digital maintenance of this information throughout the store /liliConfirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels /liliHelp drive add-on sales by staging clearance products, sorting products in proper locations, and ensuring displays are placed appropriately throughout the store /liliRepair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays. /liliCommunicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager /liliAnalyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders /liliComplete other duties as assigned /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliRead, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction) /liliAbility to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others /liliUtilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks /liliAbility to sit and stand for long periods of time /liliMinimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliLowe's sales floor experience /liliExperience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays. /liliExperience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment /liliWorking knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.) /li /ulpTo better equip our stores and serve our communities, we strongly encourage bilingual, military, and veteran talent to apply and join our team. /ph3Travel Requirements /h3pThis role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores. /ph3Working Conditions /h3pEnvironmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment. /ppLifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed.
