Overview
In this role you will lead the EMEA Visualization Marketing function to drive growth and market share for a medical imaging portfolio. You will build and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, shape regional marketing strategy, and align with sales to deliver impactful campaigns. You’ll develop insights from customers and thought leaders, and oversee branding, product lifecycle plans, and go-to-market execution. This is a hands-on leadership position that leverages collaboration across regions to elevate brand value and business results.

- Lead, develop and coach a multi-layer team (direct and indirect reports) to reach full potential.
- Define and execute the annual and long-range marketing strategy for the EMEA Visualization business to meet growth and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with EMEA sales to align marketing and commercial priorities and drive market growth.
- Build relationships with industry thought leaders, customers and institutions to gain strategic insights.
- Oversee market access, government affairs and health-economics initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Manage regional product lifecycles including launches and phase-outs; influence portfolio development and potential M&A activity.
- Lead commercialization planning for new product development with Portfolio teams; guide branding, messaging and pricing.
- Identify education and brand experience opportunities; develop scalable customer engagement events with Education Manager.
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the brand and work with Global Marketing on upstream/downstream projects.
- Develop metrics to measure marketing impact on customer engagement and build P&L understanding for the Visualization business in EMEA.
- Bachelor
- 10+ years of experience in international marketing, product/brand management within MedTech, biotech, pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Experience coaching/mentoring teams (4+ years preferred)
- Proven ability to lead marketing projects to timeliness, performance and growth
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasive and presentation skills; fluent in English
- Strong collaboration and networking within a matrixed organization
- Ability to relate to diverse stakeholders and customers across markets
- Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Travel up to 40%
- MBA and capital equipment experience are preferred but not required
