Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Criminal Lawyer to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves handling criminal defense cases, ensuring robust legal representation, and managing client consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in criminal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for criminal defense.
Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.
Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required.
Minimum 3 years of experience practicing criminal law required.
Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills required.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software required.
