Product Sales Specialist - Data Insights

In this role you drive enterprise adoption of Adobe's AI-powered Data Insights, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation and Agentic AI solutions in Italy. You will build executive relationships, craft compelling value propositions, and navigate complex sales cycles to close net-new business. You work with cross-functional teams to shape customer outcomes and revenue growth with a focus on ROI and transformation. • Run an enterprise sales territory focused on net new business for Data Insights, Customer Engagement and AI solutions
• Develop target named account strategies and penetration plans
• Cultivate relationships with C-Level and VP-Level stakeholders in strategic accounts
• Articulate business value and ROI to clients
• Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, closing
• Achieve annual software and services revenue targets
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services and Marketing
• Contribute ideas and participate in marketing and industry events
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
• Build and strengthen strategic partner relationships and represent the company at executive briefings and events

• 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers
• Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in enterprises
• Knowledge of Customer Engagement, Data & Insights, Marketing Automation and AI market in Italy
• Consultative and insight-led selling experience
• Ability to translate complex requirements into measurable business value
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convey AI and data value propositions in clear business language
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across complex sales cycles
• Track record of quota achievement in selling strategic enterprise software
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience and proactive opportunity spotting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills
