Front Office Leader: Guest Experience & Growth

Starhotels Excelsior in Bologna is seeking a Front House Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure a high level of guest service. You will coordinate operations, mentor staff and act as the primary point of contact for guests.
The role requires a minimum of two years as Front House Manager, strong communication skills and Opera PMS knowledge. Fluency in Italian and English is expected, with additional languages a plus.
