Product Developer Tailoring

Overview
In questa posizione, ti occuparai di sviluppare prodotti tailoring per una realtà di lusso a Milano, contribuendo dall'ideazione all'industrializzazione. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con design e produzione per trasformare concept creativi in prodotti finiti, garantendo standard qualitativi elevati. Gestirai tempi, costi e qualità lungo l'intero ciclo di sviluppo, selezionando fornitori e supervisionando la QC di materiali e prototipi. Sarai punto di riferimento tecnico tra team di design e produzione, risolvendo criticità tecniche e assicurando consegne puntuali. Unisci passione per la moda con sensibilità estetica per contribuire a progetti distintivi e di alto livello nel lusso.
Responsabilità
- Collaborare con il team di design per tradurre concetti creativi in prodotti finiti conformi agli standard del brand di lusso
- Gestire l'intero processo di sviluppo prodotto, dal prototyping all'industrializzazione
- Selezionare fornitori, gestire campionature e negoziare condizioni di fornitura
- Monitorare costi e tempi di produzione per assicurare consegne puntuali
- Supervisionare il controllo qualità di materiali e prototipi
- Fornire supporto tecnico al design e ai reparti produzione risolvendo problematiche tecniche
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5-7 anni di esperienza in sviluppo prodotto o ruolo simile nel lusso leather
- forte capacità di problem solving e gestione progetti
- ottime capacità di comunicazione e gestione delle interazioni tra reparti
- precedente esperienza nel tailoring considerata un asset
- conoscenza della lingua inglese preferita
- passione per la moda e sensibilità estetica
