GUCCI Men Shoes Product Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will coordinate end-to-end development of the Men's Shoes collection, ensuring alignment across Design, Merchandising and Industrial teams. You will translate inputs into actionable priorities, track development milestones, and maintain accurate documentation and samples. You will bridge Creative and Industrial teams to ensure feasible, timely, and high-quality product delivery. This position offers impact through shaping the Men's Shoes offer within Gucci's luxury portfolio and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità

• Coordinate collection development calendars, milestones, and deliverables across Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Costing, and other functions
• Gather inputs and translate them into priorities, schedules, and actions for involved teams
• Monitor prototype, sample, and SKU development from sketch to delivery, identifying risks and delays
• Serve as daily liaison between Creative and Gucci ArtLab / Industrial teams for prototyping and feasibility discussions
• Organize collection reviews, fittings, and alignment meetings, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible
• Maintain accurate tracking and archiving of sketches, samples, prototypes, and product information
• Coordinate sample movements and ensure items are sent, returned, or archived on time
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Costing to support price alignment and cost optimization
• Consolidate cross-functional feedback and ensure timely circulation and follow-up
• Monitor collection-related expenses and support budget accuracy and cost tracking
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate critical issues with practical solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of coordination tools, processes, and information flows

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5-7 years in product development or collection coordination within luxury fashion; direct Men's Shoes experience preferred
• Solid understanding of footwear development from concept to final delivery
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars and many stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and project coordination with high attention to detail
• Effective communication and relationship-building across multiple teams and external partners
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable with anticipatory problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop advantageous
• Fluency in Italian and English
