Responsibilities will include designing and developing new integrations as well as maintaining existing ones, possibly taking part in the rotating production support and writing technical documentation. This role is a member of the Integration Services team and is responsible for developing and maintaining the Integration Platform. /p h3Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: /h3 ul lipTake responsibility for the overall integration architecture, design for the future of the platform /p /li lipDevelop, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations built in SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) /p /li lipDesign, hands-on develop/code, unit test and support user testing of integrations as well as releasing to production. /p /li lipProvide detailed solution design and implementation plan for integrations following Xylem’s integration framework. /p /li lipBe a member of the rotating production support schedule to maintain the production environment and rapidly resolve production issues. /p /li lipPartner with application teams in requirements gathering, designing new integrations according to project requirements and in designing reusable and extensible integration solutions. /p /li lipPerform change management according to prescribed company processes, including migrating changes through testing environments and into the production environment. /p /li lipProvide subject matter expertise for continuous improvements such as reducing complexity, time and cost and increasing performance and effectiveness of the integration solutions. /p /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities: /h3 ul liMay serve as project lead in small to medium size integration projects /li /ul h3Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification /h3 pRequired Qualifications: /p ul lipBachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, related field, or equivalent work experience /p /li lipMinimum 10 years’ work experience designing and building integrations with a thorough understanding of SOA, micro services /p /li lipExperience in platform-wide architecture design /p /li lipExtensive experience of troubleshooting integrations when errors occur and the ability to calmly troubleshoot in high pressure situations and effectively command control of crisis situations. /p /li lipExcellent oral and written communication skills in English /p /li lipDemonstrated analytical problem-solving skills. /p /li lipSelf-motivated, able to take responsibility, set priorities and translate specific goals into action and follow through to achieve goals and execute projects with minimal oversight. /p /li lipCollaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed. /p /li lipProven expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), as well as other integration technologies (IBM App Connect or MuleSoft or like technologies) with extensive experience in platform-wide design and architecture. /p /li lipExtensive knowledge of delivering SAP integration solutions built for on-premises and hybrid /p /li lipExtensive knowledge and hands on coding experience in SQL, /p /li lipExtensive knowledge in reading and understanding XML and performing mapping in XSLT. /p /li lipExtensive knowledge in different message formats such as JSON, flat file etc. /p /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications: /h3 ul lipSAP Integration suite B2B capabilities /p /li lipExperience in ABAP /p /li lipExperience or knowledge in IBM App Connect, IBM MQ and IBM DataPower /p /li lipExperience or knowledge in other integration tools like MuleSoft /p /li lipExperience in leading and participating in/managing cross-functional projects. /p /li lipExperience in SQL, DB stored procedures. /p /li lipExperience or knowledge in Neuron ESB /p /li /ul pb#LI-Hybrid /b /p pJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
