EU Regional Service Delivery Manager, Invoice to Pay (I2P)

Overview

In this role you will lead European regional I2P operations, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant invoice-to-pay execution. You'll manage multi-country shared services, align with finance and procurement stakeholders, and drive performance and control improvements. The position focuses on optimizing process efficiency, SOX compliance, and service delivery across Europe. You'll partner with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance the end-to-end experience. This is a chance to shape regional operations in a global water solutions leader.

Responsabilità

• Lead day-to-day regional I2P operations across Europe, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance
• Manage multiple European SSC locations through managers, prioritizing workload and developing talent
• Monitor I2P outputs to identify root causes, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Establish and track SLAs, KPIs (cycle time, first-pass yield, touchless processing, on-time payment, aging)
• Collaborate with Controllership, Procurement, Finance, Treasury, Tech, and Global Process Owners to resolve issues and improve the end-to-end I2P experience
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure clear accountability and consistent service
• Identify and resolve cross-unit operational issues, escalating risks as needed
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder experience
• Support automation, system enhancements, and process optimization with technical teams and vendors
• Coordinate audit requests and ensure remediation actions are followed through
• Provide input to Global Process Management and Transformation teams for standardization and future operating model
• Support regional readiness for transformation initiatives (ERP, Coupa, automation) across Europe
• Perform other duties including backup coverage, cross-functional projects, and travel as needed

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years in Accounts Payable or Invoice-to-Pay, preferably in a shared services or multi-country setup
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations or countries
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end I2P processes, SOX, compliance, and audits
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive practical process improvements
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and operate with limited oversight
