Our headquarters are in Stockholm, Sweden , and we operate in Italy , Germany and the UK . Our Aira-branded products are manufactured in-house at our production facility in Poland .

The role

The Aira Sales Method trainer leads and supports training and development for internal and external workforce and other regional staff with the purpose to make new and existing Sales Experts reach the best results possible and deliver a “WOW” customer experience in line with the Aira Sales Model every time we meet prospective customers.

The role reports into the Group Head of Aira Sales Model, which is a global function , and is primarily field-based, with regular travel across Northern and Central Italy.

Key responsibilities

Leadership:

• Lead and develop the Aira Sales Method training program for new workforce

• Lead classroom training in the Aira Sales Method

• Create training plans both for new Sales Experts and make sure they are followed up

• Create training plans for non-performing employees together with Team Leaders and make sure they are followed up

• Lead and develop continuous training for Senior Sales Experts to make sure we continuously develop our people and support low employee turn-over

Coaching:

• Shadow and coach new workforce

• Responsible for making sure new workforce learn their new job efficiently

• Responsible for coaching Team Leaders within sales and sales leadership/coaching to support their development in their role

The above means that the job is a mix of classroom training in the office and extensive “in-field” training/coaching and shadowing. It also includes in-field trials of new ideas and developments to the Aira Sales Method to make sure we continuously improve our method.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in B2C sales , ideally field or in-home sales

• Experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach or Team Leader

• Experience in onboarding, training and coaching sales teams

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer journey and performance KPIs

• Basic knowledge of heating and hydraulic systems

• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills

• Fluent Italian , good English and availability to travel across Italy

• Preferred: experience in Energy, Telco, Home Services or other structured B2C sales environments.

• A gross annual salary between €35,000 and €40,000 , plus a monthly commission scheme of up to 50%

The role is based in Lainate, near Milan, and is primarily field-based, with regular travel across Northern and Central Italy.
