Per una realtà internazionale strutturata, siamo alla ricerca di un/una ICT Service Manager – Business Intelligence & Reporting da inserire nel team Group Infrastructures & ICT Services.
Posizione:
La figura sarà responsabile della gestione e del miglioramento continuo dei servizi di Business Intelligence e reporting, contribuendo a garantire stabilità, performance e supporto alle decisioni data-driven a livello di Gruppo.
Responsabilità principali
- Punto di riferimento per i servizi BI & Reporting, assicurandone stabilità e performance.
- Monitoraggio e gestione di SLA, KPI e metriche di qualità del servizio.
- Conduzione di service review e implementazione di azioni di miglioramento continuo.
- Gestione efficace di incident, problem e monitoring secondo best practice ITIL.
- Coordinamento di comunicazioni ed escalation per garantire continuità operativa e soddisfazione degli stakeholder.
- Analisi dei dati di servizio per promuovere iniziative di Continuous Service Improvement.
- Valutazione delle performance dei fornitori e revisione degli accordi di servizio.
- Supporto nelle fasi di transizione dei servizi, inclusi i post go-live.
Requisiti:
Requisiti
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica, IT o discipline affini.
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di ICT Service Management in contesti strutturati.
- Conoscenza dei framework ITIL (preferibilmente ITIL v4) e strumenti ITSM (es. ServiceNow, Jira).
- Familiarità con architetture cloud, sicurezza e compliance.
- Esperienza con piattaforme dati (Microsoft Fabric, AWS) e strumenti di reporting (SAP BO, Power BI).
- Competenze di project management (certificazioni costituiranno un plus).
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
- Disponibilità a trasferte.

Mentalità proattiva, focalizzata sul miglioramento continuo, e una spiccata attitudine a operare efficacemente in contesti complessi e internazionali.
