Regional Cooling Commissioning Specialist

Join our service delivery team as a Specialist Senior Service Representative, where your technical expertise will directly impact customer success. This role blends hands-on problem-solving with strategic consulting—you'll lead complex maintenance projects, troubleshoot multi-component systems, and help customers achieve optimal performance.

What will you do?

• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using root cause analysis and collaboration with engineering experts
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety
• Deliver technical consulting to customers and internal teams to uncover needs and support business development
• Guide field service engineers and coordinate across teams to provide seamless, high-quality service solutions
