BDR (Doha and Madrid hub)

We are seeking Business Development Representatives (BDR) to support our commercial growth across the GCC and Spanish markets, with roles based in Doha and Madrid. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, working closely with Account Executives and the broader sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious, early‑career professionals looking to grow in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound activities (calls, emails, social selling)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs and potential fit
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Research target accounts and key decision‑makers across priority industries
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM tools
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Strong interest in SaaS, technology, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a results‑driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic (for Doha) or Spanish (for Madrid) or any other language is a plus
- Based in Doha or Madrid, or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in SaaS, MarTech, or tech startups
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Exposure to international markets or multicultural environments
